Timber Limited of West Wellow Nr Romsey Hampshire
is an independent timber importer / merchant which was
established in February 2004 by Graham Hollyoake and Chris
Vardon. Both have been involved in the timber trade for
many years and between them have over 62 years experience
which is put to good use in meeting the exacting requirements
of their customers. Our employees have also been in the
timber trade for many years and have invaluable experience
between them.
We offer a full range of
timber products and services and supply a wide cross section
of both trade and retail customers. Being able to supply
any quantity from small fencing and decking orders to
full lorry loads of bulk fencing or sawn timber means
we are well placed to fulfil all timber requirements.
Having
two lorries enables us to make speedy deliveries
which are very much required by customers working
on a ‘just in time’ stockholding or
people who require labour on site to unload and
therefore expect accurately timed deliveries. We
aim to deliver on the same day of ordering where
required which is a service many of our customers
find invaluable to their business.
Within
our operation we have a band re-saw to convert any
size of timber and produce special sizes as required
and two cross cutting saws which are used to produce
special length orders. These services are much in
demand by companies who do not have the facilities
to convert timber or may wish to make time savings
by purchasing special cut to length or odd size
timbers.
Within our fully equipped workshop we have a chain
morticer for machining timber posts for use with
scarfed arris rails or special rails. A cross cut
saw is also available for back weathering and cutting
special shaped tops. This is also where our heavy-duty
fence panels and trellis are made by hand from pressure
treated timber guaranteeing a strong long lasting
product. We also only use FSC certified timber from
sustainable sources.

scheme.We are able to supply an increasing range
of products as FSC-certified under our certificate
SGS COC – 003232/P and PEFC certified products
under our certificate SGS- PEFC/COC-146/I. (See
